Regions with No resources

Why are few regions left with no resources . ll they give those regions resources in future and on wat basis they give resources to regions........

Tulasi Ram: Unfortunately, we as players cannot 'give' or 'make' natural resources to/for certain regions.
The admins decided what regions have what resources and at what production level at the start of the game depending on their RL resources.

You could petition the admins for resources in said regions, but I imagine they'll reject the proposal on the basis that 'it would unbalance the game' or something of the sort.
