help to buy a company

Im from India,i wish to buy a company which is up for sale for 18 gold,but the company is in Iran-jarkhand(was captured from india).


It says that you cannot sell with India,as it is in war with the country.

My question is that if i buy that company can i manufature and sell goods in india or do i hav to get a new lisence to do that.
how much does the license cost??
And can i change tha name of the company??

while India is in war whit Iran, you can not sell in India.........after the war, you can sell in India.
You can change the name of the company, and if you buy the company, you have to buy a license to iran, if you want sell in this country (5 gold).
